Mr. Kirkhams legal practice is concentrated in the areas of
real estate, commercial loan transactions, and general business
law. He also assists start-up companies with business formation
and counseling services. Prior to the practice of law, he spent
nine years in the banking industry with significant experience in
commercial real estate lending. He is a member of the American,
Cincinnati, and Butler County Bar Associations, a past Director
and Treasurer of the Boys and Girls Club of Hamilton, and a 2002
graduate of Leadership Hamilton. Mr. Kirkham graduated from Indiana
University (B.S., 1996), Xavier University (M.B.A., 2001), and Northern
Kentucky Universitys Salmon P. Chase College of Law (J.D.,
Summa Cum Laude, 2005), where he served on the Northern Kentucky
Law Review and published County of Wayne v. Hathcock: The
Resurrection of the Public Use Limitation on the Power of Eminent
Domain, 32 N. Ky. L. Rev. 215 (2005).
