Mr. Janszen is a member of the Strauss & Troy Litigation Department with an emphasis in commercial litigation, constitutional law, employment discrimination and insurance law. He is admitted to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, the United States District Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Mr. Janszen graduated from St. Louis University (B.A., 1989) and the University of Dayton School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1993). He was an Executive Editor of the University of Dayton Law Review (1992-93) and a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Book Award for Legal Writing (1992). He is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association.
