Litigation, investment fraud law, construction
law and corporate planning are the focus of Mr. Jacobs' legal practice.
He is a former Assistant Professor of law in the areas of corporations,
legal drafting and business planning, and an Adjunct Professor at
the University of Cincinnati College of Law in the area of trial
practice. Mr. Jacobs is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio State and
American Bar Associations. He is a graduate of Washington University
(A.B., 1970) (Dean's List) and the University of Cincinnati College
of Law (J.D., 1973), where he was a case note editor of the University
of Law Review, and a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Jacobs
is a Master of the Bench of the Potter Stewart Inn of Court, lectures
frequently on areas of corporate and securities law and has published
a book on forming close corporations in Ohio.
