Mr. Hood's practice areas include privately-held corporations, real estate transactions, probate, trust and estate planning and administration; public education and bank regulation. He has been in active practice for over forty years. Mr. Hood is a member of the Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and American Bar Associations and is a graduate of Dartmouth College (A.B., 1950) and the University of Cincinnati (LL.B., 1953).
