James G. Heldman

Mr. Heldman is chairman of the firm's Corporate/Business Department. The focus of Mr. Heldman's practice is corporate and business law, including financing, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulations, franchising, commercial real estate development and loan transactions. He was admitted to practice in the District of Columbia in 1975 and Ohio in 1981. Mr. Heldman is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio State, District of Columbia and American Bar Associations. Mr. Heldman graduated from Harvard University (A.B., cum laude, 1971) and George Washington University (J.D., with honors, 1974).
