Mr. Giannella concentrates his practice in real estate, finance, and business law, with substantial experience in the areas of real estate acquisition, sale, leasing, development, financing, and construction. Mr. Giannella also regularly represents businesses in a full range of matters, including formation, capitalization, capital structure, corporate governance, contractual matters, and general corporate counseling. In 2002, Mr. Giannella was appointed by the Ohio Supreme Court to serve on the Ohio Real Property Specialization Board (the “ORPSB”). In such capacity, along with other ORPSB members, Mr. Giannella has worked to develop testing criteria and questions for certification of Ohio lawyers as real property law specialists. By vote of his peers, Mr. Giannella has been named as a “Rising Star” by Ohio Law and Politics Magazine in each of 2004 through 2006 and was recently elected to Woodward & White’s Best Lawyers in America – Real Estate Law for 2006. Mr. Giannella graduated from Colgate University (B.A., 1992) and from the University of Cincinnati College of Law (J.D., 1996) and is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio and Commonwealth of Kentucky.
