A general business and corporate lawyer, Ms. Gerwin concentrates her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, and commercial transactions. She is a member of the Exemptions Advisory Committee to the Ohio Division of Securities and has served as Chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association Section on Corporate and Securities Law. Ms. Gerwin has been in practice since 1979 and is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio State and American Bar Associations. She earned her degrees from Ohio Wesleyan University (B.A., 1971) and the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law (J.D. with honors, 1979) where she was Manuscript Editor of the Northern Kentucky Law Review.
