Mr. Flynn practices primarily in business litigation in state and federal courts and general corporate law with an emphasis in broker-customer securities disputes and investment fraud litigation. He is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio (1985) and Kentucky (1986). Mr. Flynn is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio State, Kentucky, American and Public Investor Arbitration Bar Association and a member of the Potter Stewart Inn of Court. He graduated from Miami University of Ohio (B.A., 1982) and the University of Cincinnati College of Law (J.D., 1985) where he received the first place award in the National Administrative Law Moot Court Competition and was a member of the National Moot Court team.
