Mr. Demmerle's practice is concentrated in the areas of business development, financing, real estate and other commercial transactions. He also works frequently with professional corporations and with hotel and other hospitality industry matters. Mr. Demmerle has extensive applied business experience, having served as an executive officer of two companies over a nine-year period. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Kentucky and Ohio Associations. Mr. Demmerle is a graduate of Denison University (B.A., cum laude, 1970) and the Vanderbilt University School of Law (J.D., Order of the Coif, 1973), where he was case editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review.
