Mr. Calico's practice is primarily concentrated in the field of litigation, with an emphasis in the areas of contract, employment, and construction and mechanic's lien law. Admitted to practice in 1980, Mr. Calico graduated from Western Kentucky University (B.S. magna cum laude 1976) and from the University of Kentucky (J.D. with distinction 1980) where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Kentucky Law Journal. He is a member of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Cincinnati, Ohio State, Kentucky, and American Bar Associations. Mr. Calico is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Ohio and Kentucky, and in the United States Tax Court.
