Mr. Brinn practices in the areas of creditor rights and consumer finance, bank regulation, employment, commercial and personal litigation, and commercial transactions. He has served as an arbitrator for the Hamilton County (Ohio) Court Of Common Pleas since 1978. He began his practice in 1976 and is a member of the Cincinnati (chairman, Fee Arbitration Committee), Ohio State, and Kentucky Bar Associations. Mr. Brinn graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (B.S., cum laude, 1973) and the University of Cincinnati College of Law (J.D., 1976).
