Mr. Abernethy's practice includes privately-held corporations; family and domestic relations law; probate, trust, and estate planning and administration; and personal trust and estate taxation. He is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Abernethy was admitted to practice in 1967 and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati (B.A., 1964; J.D., 1967)
