Attorney Claudia Allen will speak at the Ohio Nurse’s Association Leadership Series on December 10th at the Health Collaborative. The seminar will improve attendees’ understanding of Human Resources issues (hiring, firing, obligations such as leave, health insurance continuation and coverage) and HIPAA Health Information Privacy and Security.
Claudia’s practice areas include Corporate | Business and Employment law in Cincinnati. She focuses on the areas of employee benefits, qualified retirement plans and employment law. She is a frequent lecturer and author of many articles in areas of qualified retirement plans, deferred compensation, employment law and other employee benefits.
