Christopher J. Groeschen is the newest member of Strauss Troy’s Real Estate, Corporate | Business and Litigation Practice Groups. Chris has been serving as a clerk for the firm and was just sworn in to the Ohio State Bar Association.
In his real estate practice, Chris works on the development, purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate properties and assists clients with all aspects of real estate law including acquisition, construction, financing, title and leasing.
Chris also has a business background and experience working for a Fortune 500 company located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Whether you own a startup business, are an entrepreneur or part of large corporate enterprise in Greater Cincinnati, Chris can help you with entity formations, contract negotiations, asset purchases, mergers and acquisitions or other business related matters.
Additionally, Chris works with the Litigation Practice Group to help companies of all sizes resolve corporate disputes and business litigation matters.
His community service includes: Louis D. Brandeis American Inn of Court – past student member; Brandeis School of Law Journal of Law and Education, supervising editor; Brandeis School of Law Moot Court – National Arbitration Team; Brandeis School of Law Academic Fellow (Mentorship Program), and serving as a volunteer for St. Anthony Parish.
Chris holds his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville.
