Strauss Troy Attorney Philomena Ashdown’s specialty is in the insolvency area, Chapter 11 bankruptcy, receiverships and assignments for the benefit of creditors. She also handles purchase and sales of distressed assets, including real estate and debt. Philomena is peer-rated AV Preeminent™ by Martindale Hubbell and has been selected as a “Cincinnati Leading Lawyer” since 2009.
Strauss Troy Attorney R. Guy Taft is co-chairman of the firm’s litigation group. He concentrates his practice in federal and state court litigation appeals in the areas of intellectual property disputes, breach of contract, fraud, health care and employment law. Guy has been selected as an Ohio Super Lawyer® and a “Cincinnati Leading Lawyer,” and he is immediate past president of the Cincinnati Bar Foundation.
