Jeff is a member of Strauss Troy’s Litigation and Corporate/Business Groups. His primary practice involves all aspects of civil litigation, as well as corporate law, including entity formations, corporate acquisitions, and the preparation of complex commercial agreements. Jeff also assists his clients with estate planning matters and probate administration.
