Our firm has a strong history of supporting downtown and we a have forged a deep alliance with DCI.” Strauss served on the DCI Board from 2005 to 2011 and was instrumental in bringing to life the popular Strauss Troy Market on the Square – a summer farmers’ market. Now celebrating its 60th anniversary, Strauss Troy has over 40,000 square feet of prime downtown office space and continues to grow as a result of its strong community ties and many downtown projects. “David Ginsburg leads his Downtown Ambassadors by example — even picking up trash himself when he spots it on the sidewalk!
