Strauss Troy Names Four New Shareholders Including Addition Of Emily Supinger

Strauss Troy, one of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky’s leading law firms, announced that Emily Supinger has joined the firm as a shareholder. The firm has also named Brian Eviston, Matt Fellerhoff and Steve Nesbitt as shareholders. Eviston, Fellerhoff and Supinger are members of Strauss Troy’s litigation group, and Nesbitt is a member of the firm’s real estate | finance group. “These new shareholders have the right talent to meet the diverse legal needs in our community,” Strauss Troy President Jim Heldman said. “They will help us continue our solid growth path in 2013.”

Emily Supinger practices in the areas of civil litigation, property rights, zoning and land use planning, eminent domain, municipal law and employment law. She has represented political subdivisions, locally and across Ohio, in a variety of matters, including zoning disputes and eminent domain cases. Supinger has also represented clients in a variety of other matters, including personal injury and wrongful death, civil rights and corporate disputes.

Brian Eviston concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate law, commercial law, landlord-tenant law, and complex corporate and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience counseling owners, executives, and officers in all areas of their business, including corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, contract formation, government regulation, employment decisions, and property ownership and management.

Strauss Troy Attorney Matthew Fellerhoff To PresentMatt Fellerhoff represents clients in private and public controversies. He has extensive experience in complex litigation and real estate matters, including inverse condemnation suits, land use and zoning proceedings, eminent domain and real estate development. Prior to joining Strauss Troy, Fellerhoff served as a Municipal Court judge in Hamilton County, Ohio.

Steve Nesbitt’s practice focuses on real estate finance, construction, development, acquisition/sales, leasing, general business and corporate law. He also has significant experience in strategic business planning | consulting and dispute resolutions.
