Five New Board Members, William Strauss Chairman

Strauss & Troy announced today the election of Richard S. Wayne, Andrew M. Shott, William K. Flynn, Marshall K. Dosker, and Pete A. Smith to the board of directors of the firm and William V. Strauss as chairman, effective immediately.
