Cincinnati—(PRNEWSWIRE)—February 28, 2007—Strauss & Troy and The Weiser Law Firm announce the filing of a class action lawsuit on behalf of all persons who currently own the common stock of Great American Financial Resources, Inc. (“GFR” or the "Company") (NYSE: GFR), seeking to enjoin the merger proposal of American Financial Group, Inc. (“AFG”) (NYSE: AFG) The case is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County, Ohio.
