Real Estate Practice
The Strauss Troy summer associate program is designed to hire, train and retain highly-qualified law students. Summer associates are part of the future of our firm. We focus on your professional development. We have a remarkably high-retention rate among our summer associates and full-time associates, which is a testament to our summer associate program and firm culture.
In addition to our second-year law students, we generally recruit and hire one or two first-year law students. Our first- and second-year students participate in the same program and are assigned work from the same pool of projects.
