Bill Strauss has represented individuals, trusts, families and closely-held companies in real estate and general business matters. Widely recognized in the fields of housing and real estate law, Bill has many years of experience in areas relating to real estate development, housing development, HUD programs, real estate leasing, real estate acquisitions, real estate finance, subdivisions, office leases, construction and architectural contracts, title insurance, land development, real estate syndications, real estate entity formation and planning, real estate workouts, real estate partnerships and limited liability companies, trust formation and administration. Over his career, Bill has been actively involved with the community. He has served on a number of non-profit boards, and worked with 3CDC on the Strauss Troy Market on the Square.

Bill is inactive and not currently practicing law. He is the former co-chairman of Strauss Troy, and past president of Security Title & Guaranty Agency, Inc., the firm’s title insurance agency.
